Launching Our New Kitchen Displays

We are excited to announce that we have launched two new kitchen displays at our Sudbury, Suffolk showroom. Our new displays include the latest kitchen ranges and styles and showcase the quality of products that KSL offers.

Stonehams display

Our new Stonehams display features wall cupboards in one colour, style and finish and base cabinets in another. Designing a mix of cabinets in this way creates a look that is fresh, individual and modern.

The display includes base units from Stoneham’s Strata range in ‘Anthracite Oak’. Strata is a Stoneham classic and features a distinctive, wide-bevelled, solid timber frame, enhanced by horizontally grained centre panels. Our display showcases curved shape drawer cabinets that create a distinctive look as well as being highly practical with ample storage inside.

The wall cabinets are from Stoneham’s Fusion range in ‘Dove Grey’. The zebra veneer in the bespoke curved back panel and in the column surround adds unique detail making the kitchen more individual and interesting.

There is a circular drum unit at the end of the cabinet run that is from Stoneham’s Bewl range and, in contrast to the other cabinet styles, are flush, handleless and smooth painted in ‘Dove Grey’.

The kitchen includes a bar display that can be hidden away behind a pocket door. The pocket door feature enables the door to be tucked away neatly while the bar is in use. The bar display area includes a selection of solid wood chopping boards and trays as well as drawer storage.

Integrated into the cabinets is a fridge freezer, a larder unit and drawer units that are all internally lit. The larder unit includes a Blum Space Tower which offers plenty of storage space and includes inner pull-outs that can be designed individually. You can also access the items from all three sides which makes the space tower a convenient and ergonomic way to store food.

The drum unit’s worktop is made of Caeserstone in ‘Turbine Grey’, with LED strip lighting below to draw attention to the eye and highlight this area of the display. The same Caeserstone is also used in the bar area of the kitchen. The rest of the kitchen has a Corian worktop in ‘Sparkling White’ with a subtle shimmer. The glass splashback is from Decoglaze in ‘Krypton’ and ties the grey tones of the different kitchen cabinets together.

The grey Silgranit sink is from Blanco and features a Quooker Fusion tap in the new matt black style. (KSL is one of the first showrooms in the country to showcase this new Quooker product.)

All appliances featured in this display are from Siemens.

Mereway display

Our new Mereway display includes some of the latest high tech appliances that are on the market including BORA extraction technology and Siemens smart appliance technology.

Showcasing Mereway’s ‘Bridgewater’ range, the beautifully crafted wood grain painted cabinets are offset by Buster and Punch industrial style, stainless steel pull bar handles. The units are solid oak with drawers that include internal oak section panels and soft close function.

The cabinets include an integrated fridge, washing machine, internal larder and corner cabinet with Le Mans pull out.

The worktop is from Danish manufacturer, Spekva, in grey oiled oak, which gives a lovely depth and richness to the wood. In contrast the marble herringbone splashback tiles from Porcelanosa add a freshness to the display and compliment the natural wood of the worktops.

The stainless steel sink is from Blanco and includes a working Quooker Classic Fusion tap. Again, KSL is one of the first showrooms in the country to showcase this new Quooker product.

The display includes a working BORA Basic cooktop with built in extractor system. The BORA system offers a built in extractor on the hob plate, which means that cooking odours and vapours are drawn downwards exactly where they arise – right at the cooktop.

All appliances in this display are from Siemen’s Studio Line range with innovative technology and a highly distinctive design. All are wifi enabled and use smart technology that enables you to operate the appliances from an app on your phone. We have installed an Alexa voice recognition system in the showroom to control the appliances on display including a coffee machine, single oven, combination steam oven and combination microwave oven. We’ll be able to demonstrate how you can operate these appliances by both voice recognition technology and via the Siemens App.

Buster and Punch hooked graphite and steel wall lights complete the look of this display, with a nod to an industrial style that is bang up to date.
