We’ve been getting to know the team at the ICE Cook School in Rougham, Bury St Edmunds and are pleased to be working with them at some great events this year. ICE which stands for ‘Infusions Culinary Experience’ offers a cook school, a cookware shop and cafe. The ICE team, which includes two GB Masterchefs, aim to share knowledge and satisfy every gastronomic curiosity.
Taking place at the KSL Showroom later this year, will be hosting a number of Cook Days where ICE Cook School Development Chef Jeremy Medley will be sharing his expertise. Jeremy Medley has had an acclaimed career including working in and running some truly great places like Mallory Court and The Moody Goose. Jeremy’s greatest pleasure is sharing his experience and knowledge. We are delighted that Jeremy will be working with us at our showrooms to do just that with our customers. We’ll keep you posted on Cook Day details nearer the time.
Coming up soon on June 11th, we’ll be with ICE at The Taste of Sudbury Food & Drink Festival. At the KSL stand, you’ll be able to enjoy Dim Sum demos, try some delicious DIM Sum tasters and pick up expert culinary tips from ICE Development Kitchen Chef Scott Taylor. Read more here.
We’ll be helping ICE out with the upgrade of their Development Kitchen, including supplying them with a revolutionary Bora induction hob with downdraft extraction.
