For the first time, in partnership with ICE Cook School, we will be showcasing some exciting cooking demos at this year’s Suffolk Farmers’ Market at Trinity Park in Ipswich.
Sponsored by East of England Coop, the Suffolk Farmer’s Market will be bringing together around sixty stalls of top quality food and artisan products. The market is a celebration of all things foodie with a fantastic range of the very best producers from our region together under one roof.
We are delighted to be working with our fabulous partners at the ICE Cook School yet again to showcase some exceptional cooking. You will be able to expand your cooking knowledge through the cooking demos throughout the day, including ICE Development Kitchen Chef Lee Cooper’s showcase of partridge, red cabbage puree, roast parsnips and kale.
KSL has provided the equipment for the cookery demonstrations including a Neff Slide & Hide Oven as used in the Great British Bake Off – have you noticed that the doors on the Bake Off ovens are there one moment, and gone the next? That’s because the Neff ovens they use feature a unique door that simply pulls out and slides underneath the oven. We’re also providing a Neff Venting Hob which is an air venting flex induction hob which is very much the latest trend in the world of kitchen appliances. You’ll be able to see these appliances in action for yourself at the Show.
Open from 10.00am until 4.00pm on Saturday October 13th and with entry to the public free of charge, we hope you will join us. We look forward to seeing you there!
